Rennie & Co. is an estate agent based in Watford with a good reputation for selling through strong local knowledge. Their original identity was well known so Origin8 had to develop the new look with a recognisable link to the previous identity. At the same time it was important to create a modern, fresh image for the business.
The example shows the brand identity, the stationery style, the sale board design and an appointment card.
